Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19 you can expect delays to shipping times, we appreciate your patience and your support. We are doing our best to get you your orders as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by Christmas due to the volume experienced by Canada Post. We can provide you with a printable photo to gift the intended recipient until the real thing arrives.

Orders will be shipped out twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays for the foreseeable future to limit our visits to the post office while the pandemic is ongoing. We use Canada Post to ship all our orders. Any items small enough to fit in an oversized lettermail envelope are mailed that way and ship via lettermail. If you would like to rush ship any items please send us a note and we will adjust your order total to reflect the upgraded shipping option you prefer (delays may still apply due to the pandemic).
